Profound is a collection of playbooks, tools, talks, and writing on systems of work.
Most organisations cannot describe how they actually deliver value, only how they think they do. The work here is for closing that gap.
The playbooks are guides to practices that have worked in more than one organisation. The tools, like Communication styles, help a team talk about how it works. Most of the ideas come from Deming, Team Topologies, DORA, and the Improvement Kata. Some get tried out in talks first.
It is opinionated. Each page says how much evidence is behind it.
