Reversibility (Two-Way Doors)
Some decisions are easy to undo. Some are not. Spend more time on the ones that are not.
How to use it. Ask "if this is wrong, how hard is it to back out". Two-way doors deserve speed: try it, learn, and change your mind. One-way doors deserve care, so get it right before you walk through.
How it gets misused. Used to justify rushing everything as "reversible". Most architectural choices, hiring decisions, and public commitments are one-way doors disguised as two-way ones.
