Artefacts

The framework's main section contains the argument: why Agentic AI adoption is an organisational-readiness problem, how the three dimensions interact, what role positions change, and which principles apply. The artefacts here are what you actually use.

Each artefact is designed to be used, not admired. That means they are copyable, adaptable, and specific enough to execute against rather than merely agree with. Publishing them openly is deliberate: the value is not in the template but in populating it with the right evidence for your organisation, sequencing interventions against your actual constraints, and having the difficult conversations with delivery leadership that the evidence demands.

Current artefacts:

  • Underwriting Pack - the board-legible translation of the framework's findings. Produced as a by-product of the readiness diagnostic, it gives engineering leaders something they can take to a board, audit committee, or investor without translation effort.
  • Recovery Playbook - the operational expansion of the remediation sequence in Part 4 of the framework. For engagements that begin after the adoption has already gone wrong.

Further artefacts in development: the readiness diagnostic itself, the workshop materials that operate it, and the measurement templates that support the sensing framework.
